3. Demonstration and training on customized prototype (2 hours)

    • Training to work with the prototype based on the results of the audit;

    • Employees are ready to work in a prototype solution.

4. Collecting feedback on the results of working with the prototype (labor: 6h, but each additional day at this stage +1h)

5. MVP setup (8 hours)

8. Summing up and forming a development strategy (2 hours)
